Shipping Policy

At Oxon Cards, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Dispatch Times

• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 midday (Monday to Friday) will be attempted to ship the same day.
• Next-day dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 midday will be shipped the following business day.
• Guaranteed dispatch window: All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

🔄 Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is available. We recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner.

🚚 Shipping Options (Royal Mail)

Shipping method is chosen by the customer at checkout. All services are tracked and include a tracking number.

Service Times:

• Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days from time of shipping
• Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days from time of shipping
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Premium next-day service with compensation cover up to £750 from time of shipping
