Refund and Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) purchases, or transactions made on behalf of a business, are exempt from consumer cancellation rights.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Mystery items (Mystery Boxes/Mystery Packs)
  • Single card items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Items returned for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment may be subject to a restocking fee to cover transaction and admin costs.
  • We do not accept returns due to a decrease in item price after purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If applicable, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed in full.

Cancellations

  • Orders (including pre-orders) may be cancelled or modified before shipment.
  • Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee to cover transaction/admin costs.

    If returning an item (non-damage-related), you are responsible for:

    • Paying return shipping costs.
    • Using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for returns not received).
